Investigation 6, Deltas and Floodplains. Students will be doing a lab
on Friday about this.
Thursday- Students
completed the investigation portion of the labs. They will have next
Tuesday to write there labs. Investigation 5 will be on poster paper
and Investigation 6 will be on regular paper. One lab per group.

Week of October 1 - October 5
Tuesday - We completed our investigation about geologic and
topographic maps. We received a study guide about the quiz that will
be on Thursday. Below is the study guide.
Second quiz: Geologic maps, topographic maps, scientific inquiry, and rock cycle.

Thursday - Quiz on Thursday. Starting erosion investigation
Week of September 24-28
Monday - We will check our homework from the weekend. We will
then investigate geological maps of Colorado and the Denver area.
Class led discussion over the "Digging Deeper". We will take class
notes about Topographic and Geologic Maps.
