Creative Writing Picture Book Project
2008 - 2009
DSA first and second year creative writing majors interview the kindergarten students at neighboring Philips Elementary in October, 2008. Writing students work all year on the picture books they create for the child they interviewed, giving the main character the kindergartener's name. In May, 2009, we will return to Philips to present the books to the children. These are a few of the photos taken during the interviews.
