Denver School of the Arts Block Party – September 24

We cannot wait to see the many faces and families of Denver School of the Arts at next week’s block party! We will have a fabulous time watching student performances, enjoying a picnic, and celebrating 30 years of Denver School of the Arts!
When: September 24, 2021, 4:00-9:00 PM
Where: NEW DSA South Campus! 7150 Montview Blvd.
What to bring: sunscreen, sunglasses, lawn chairs or blankets, and your appetite (for food and fun)
What to eat: Mile High Sliders, Illegal Pete’s (cash only), Kona Ice, DANG Ice Cream, Torpedo Coffee, Ester’s, NatuFresh, and Philly CheeseSteaks! Picnics are also permitted. Please note, this is an alcohol-free campus/event.
What to do: lawn games (who will win giant Jenga!?), figure drawing, dance and jam out! You can also get more information on the DSA majors & organizations, as well as our Urban Land Conservancy campus partners.
The first three hours of the event (4-7PM) will consist of student performances in various locations across the campus. Don’t miss your first chance in quite awhile to see a live DSA performance! After 7PM, New Orleans jazz band, Tuba Skinny will give us a finale performance fit for Mardi Gras! Sponsored by the Grace Family Foundation and Moxy Hotels.
